We are currently looking for an experienced Brake Press Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain our brake press machine. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
• Make adjustments to machine settings to achieve desired results
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Brake Press Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
• Proficient in setting up and operating brake press machines
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or certification in machine operation is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Brake Press Machine Operator
