We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Laser Operator to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Laser Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our CNC laser cutting machine.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machine to cut, shape, and trim metal components according to specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.
• Monitor machine operation, making necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality of the finished product.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy, and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine controls.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical training in CNC machine operation highly advantageous.
