Warehouse Assistant/Picker

Due to the growth of our team, we are on the lookout to fill several new Warehouse Assistant/Picker vacancies.

Custom Denning is open to flexible working arrangements and will consider permanent full time, part time, or school hours.

This role requires someone who has a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. The business is growing at a rapid rate so career opportunities will be available for high performers.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a pick/packer.
  • Experiencing picking high volume items in a timely manner.
  • Experience receiving and processing warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Experience moving and recording materials in production, maintaining stock accuracy and scanner experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of initiative.
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A strong sense of ethics and a reliable nature.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to follow and comply with procedures, rules and regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a safe working environment.
