Your Role: As a Management Accountant, you'll be integral to the financial backbone of the company. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting all management accounting functions.
  • Managing month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Leading budgeting and variance analysis.
  • Conducting inventory analysis and preparing reports.
  • Providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Overseeing payroll functions and financial processes (invoicing, AP, trade and asset finance).
  • Managing cash flow and processing both local and international payments.
  • Maintaining and developing Excel models for budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and payroll.
  • Assisting with ERP and system implementations.
  • Mentoring and guiding the accounts team.
  • Engaging with key business stakeholders.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • CA / CPA / CIMA qualified.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of Work in Progress (WIP) processes.
  • Expertise in management accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Navision.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query essential).
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and VBA coding is highly valued.
  • Strong command of Office 365 apps (Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Self-driven with excellent attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
